The project\n        focuses on translating the architectural concept into a calm,\n        atmospheric and highly realistic visual language.\n\n        Particular attention was given to natural light, materiality\n        and spatial depth. Carefully balanced textures, reflections\n        and subtle contrasts emphasize the relationship between the\n        interior spaces, the architecture and the surrounding\n        environment.\n\n        The visual approach remains deliberately restrained, allowing\n        the proportions, materials and strong horizontal composition\n        of the architecture to take center stage.
